How much capacity do you actually need?
Two sizes cover most orders. 5,000 mAh is the trade-show workhorse: slim, light, and roughly one full phone charge. 10,000 mAh is the executive-gift size: about two phone charges, and it still fits a jacket pocket. Above that you get into 15,000–20,000 mAh packs with 65W USB-C Power Delivery, which will charge a laptop and are priced accordingly.
One number worth knowing before you buy: the mAh figure on any power bank is the cell rating, not what reaches the phone. After voltage conversion you realistically get 60–70% of it. A 5,000 mAh bank is one phone charge, not two, and anyone who tells you otherwise is quoting the cell.
Ports, cables and what to specify
USB-C in and out is now the default and the only sensible choice for a gift meant to last. Models with a built-in cable remove the most common complaint about promotional power banks, which is that the recipient never has the right cable with them. If you want magnetic snap-on charging for recent iPhones, look at our MagSafe-compatible range instead.
Decoration
Most bodies take a full-color digital or pad print; imprint areas typically run around 2¼” x 2″. Soft-touch and rubberized finishes take print well. Anodized aluminum bodies are usually laser engraved, which produces a permanent mark in the metal’s own tone rather than a color match — specify a print method if your brand color is non-negotiable.
Lead times and shipping
Standard production is around 5 working days on most lines, with 1–3 day rush available on many. Build in extra transit time: power banks contain lithium cells, so they ship as regulated goods and cannot go by air on some services. If you have a hard event date, tell us at quote stage rather than at checkout.
