Short answer: total lead time includes artwork and proof approval, any required payment clearance, production and shipping. The production time on a product page starts only once those prerequisites are met. For an event, ask for a written in-hand date rather than relying on a general estimate.
What happens between ordering and delivery?
- Artwork. You send your logo by replying to the order confirmation email. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) print best.
- Proof. We email a free digital proof showing your logo on the product.
- Approval and payment. Production starts only after you approve the proof in writing and, where required, payment has cleared. A change request restarts the proof step.
- Production. The product page lists the production time for that item, in working days.
- Shipping. Transit time depends on the carrier, the service and the destination.
How long does production take?
Standard production times across all 1,156 products in our current catalog, grouped by the upper end of each stated range:
| Standard production time | Products |
|---|---|
| Up to 3 working days | 76 |
| 4 to 5 working days | 440 |
| 6 to 7 working days | 177 |
| 8 to 10 working days | 145 |
| More than 10 working days | 219 |
| Please inquire | 99 |
Method: catalog snapshot of October 15, 2026; a product listed as “5 to 7 working days” counts under 6 to 7. Working days exclude weekends and US holidays.
Is rush service available?
On more than a third of the catalog. Rush times are commonly 1 to 3 or 3 to 5 working days, often at no extra charge. Where a product offers rush, its page shows the rush time next to the standard time. Rush availability can still depend on quantity, stock and destination, so confirm it for your order.
Why do power banks take longer to arrive?
Not longer to make, longer to ship. Power banks contain lithium cells and ship as regulated goods. Ground shipping inside the US is routine, but express and international air services cost more, and some do not carry battery shipments.
How do I make sure the order arrives before my event?
- Give us the in-hand date before you order, in the delivery date field at checkout or at quote stage.
- Approve the proof as soon as you receive it.
- Choose a product with a production time that fits, or one with rush service, if the date is close.
- Get the date confirmed in writing. We commit to an in-hand date when it is confirmed in the order acknowledgment and the proof approval and payment arrive by the deadlines stated with it.
